Una vita emozionante, prima come attrice (ricordiamo fra i tanti Colazione da Tiffany, Vacanze Romane e Sabrina) e poi come attivista umanitaria per le popolazioni della classe sociale più svantaggiata. 
Audrey Hepburn, ambasciatrice dell'UNICEF e una tra le più grandi star della storia del cinema, è il tipo di donna che noi tutte vorremmo essere: indimenticabile.
